FOUNDER & CEO

Ryan Riddell

Ryan Riddell is learning based and lives the kw Culture. He leads a team of professionals who focus on the transaction as well as the relationship with the client. While valuing production at a high level, they keep the clients interests first and foremost. Ryan is heavily involved in Maps Coaching and runs his team based on the MREA model. Ryan is the OP of the Community Partners office in Dayton, Ohio. He leads by example.

Some of the most important benefits of being on a team for me is the support that I receive in various ways. From professional support such as managing transactions and clients which allows for better client experiences to the relational bonds and collaborative efforts of team members that allow me to continuously learn and grow in my profession. Our team values learning and skill enhancement through ongoing training and development opportunities that help keep us updated on industry trends, legal changes and new technologies. Also, being a part of a team for 10 years has allowed me the opportunity to guide newer agents through the complexities of the real estate market through mentorship. I enjoy being able to serve other agents through training & support all the while being able to continue my role as a full time Realtor.
